📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The HR Manager at Nexton will oversee staffing services, drive employee engagement and retention, develop capacity models, and lead talent development initiatives. • This role focuses on aligning HR practices with company goals, fostering Nexton’s culture, and supporting management growth. • Recruitment is managed by a separate team and director.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in HR leadership. • Proven experience in building OKRs, market research, benchmarking, and career path development. • Experience in HR roles related to engineering fields. • Background in recruiting or staffing companies only. • Hands-on execution: Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution, directly contributing to HR initiatives and problem-solving. • Contractor & staffing management: Proven experience overseeing contractor relationships and integrating them into workforce planning. • Fluent in both English and Spanish. • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Zoho Recruit, and PowerBI is a plus. • Nice to have: Event coordination – Experience organizing internal or external company events to foster engagement and company culture.
