📋 Description
• Support the management team with people-related initiatives • Assist employees and managers with difficult situations • Provide support regarding promotions, performance issues, discipline, and termination • Respond to inquiries about company policies and federal/state employment laws • Ensure consistent application of policies and practices • Assist in implementation of programs to align workforce with business goals • Support employee engagement, DEIB and learning initiatives • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding activities • Develop partnerships across HR and support project teams to meet deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred • PHR or SPHR certification preferred • 2 years’ relevant experience in human resources • Experienced in supporting technology companies preferred • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and federal and state employment laws • Experience with HR software systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Skilled at building relationships with all levels of the organization
