Description
• The Sr. Director of Corporate Development will lead sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing acquisitions and joint ventures. • This leadership role will be pivotal in driving growth strategy and enhancing market presence. • Program management and development of the investment case for Board approval. • Ensure smooth hand-off on acquisition/joint venture deals through closure to Integration & Operations team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, or investment banking. • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex deals. • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in valuation and financial modeling. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration. • Preferred: Master's Degree (MS, MA, MBA) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
