Requirements
• 10-plus years of experience in the mortgage industry, including primary and secondary market experience • 5-plus years of experience leading and managing a client relationship team • 5-plus related experience with significant leadership/people management • Strong leadership capabilities • Current industry technology acumen • Ability to anticipate & solve sophisticated problems • Well-established sales & relationship leadership skills • Superb verbal, written and presentation communication skills
