• Responsible for the commercial team’s performance, improving current sales and customer support processes, and defining clear KPIs to measure and optimize results. • Ensure Business Development integration with other teams by aligning sales processes across the company to achieve end-to-end integration of the acquisition funnel and relevant KPIs. • Report and provide visibility on performance and results to the company and during key meetings. • Effectively prioritize and manage the team pipeline to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets. • Project leadership of key albo cross-functional projects regarding acquisition funnel. • Developing, championing, and instilling a rigorous, analytical, and data-driven approach to all sales activities. • Responsible for the Business Development budget and resource allocation. • Build and implement some of our most critical operational processes for the sales team. • Provide feedback for the product team to develop new features based on customer needs. • Identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities with existing and potential clients with high profitability potential. • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
