• Supporting hospitals and overseeing the overall IOL portfolio. • Showcasing expertise in our products’ benefits and differentiating vs. competitive products. • Managing tender requirements, developing new business and maintaining relationships. • Providing feedback on competitor activities and upholding an excellent company image.
Requirements
• Deep knowledge of all IOLs. • Ability to detail the full portfolio of IOL products. • Ability to competitively position Clareon vs. modified/advanced monofocals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both technically and interpersonally. • Ability to interact with all levels of authority, tailoring messages to audiences and listen to other views. • Customer oriented mindset and strong customer relationship management. • Flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal orientated mindset with a strong sense of drive. • Strong logical and analytical skills to solve problems, ability to work independently and be proactive. • Strong business decision making, based on data, fairness, and consistency.
