Description

• Manage designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organization • Work closely with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management and Finance • Analyze the impact of a wide range of compensation options • Research current market practices, measure the effectiveness of existing plans • Evaluate current and future compensation opportunities • Build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans to improve employee satisfaction • Design compensation packages and bonus/commission programs that align with the company’s strategic plan • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees • Responsible for compliance and governance of plan operations • Conduct proactive competitive analysis and recommend updates as necessary • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and ensure competitive compensation plans • Structure compensation to yield the highest value for the organization • Assess and update current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies • Resolve compensation-related issues • Prepare reports and presentations

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience, expert technical knowledge of experience working with compensation and commission function in a SaaS company • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst /Administrator role • Experience within a Compensation/Reward function • Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills • A good appreciation of the behavioral effects of remuneration design • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams • Proficiency with salesforce.com and Xactly commission tool • Experience with CPQ tools and their implementation is a plus.
