• Serve as primary point of contact for Health Benefits delivery • Accountable for client satisfaction and managing ongoing requirements • Expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Provide coaching and mentorship to Health Client Specialists • Some travel may be required • Ideal for those with Health Client Management experience
Requirements
• Possess Bachelor's or equivalent work experience • Able to translate concepts to client requirements • Possess project and client management experience • Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Possess leadership and coaching skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Health Welfare/Annual enrollment experience
