Description

β€’ Responsible for developing new business opportunities by proactively seeking and nurturing sales leads. β€’ Establish and grow relationships with key C-level executives and senior leaders within client organizations. β€’ Gain a deep understanding of clients' business and technical needs to recommend solutions. β€’ Analyze the competitive landscape and articulate unique advantages. β€’ Manage all stages of the sales cycle, including lead identification, scope definition, proposal creation, and client presentations. β€’ Nurture opportunities and move them to closed deals. β€’ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy. β€’ Manage contract processes for new deals including negotiating pricing and terms. β€’ Develop SOWs and ensure documentation is prepared and executed. β€’ Collaborate closely with delivery teams to create persuasive proposals. β€’ Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management. β€’ Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans. β€’ Conduct initial check-ins with clients. β€’ Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs. β€’ Clearly communicate progress of key initiatives to stakeholders. β€’ Forecast and track key account metrics.

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as a Client Partner, Account Manager, or relevant role. β€’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. β€’ Experience with complex, relationship-driven sales processes, focusing on understanding client's needs and providing value before initiating sales. β€’ Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot preferred). β€’ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. β€’ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. β€’ Sandler sales training or equivalent sales training.
