Description
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Alight Leave Solutions paid leave disability payroll • Preparing and processing designated client payroll accurately and on-time • Reconciling payroll against multiple reports for accuracy • Monitoring designated client payroll bank accounts for funding and processing • Completing quarterly reconciliation to document repayment of overpayments • Generating monthly reports for internal and client use • Supporting off-cycle payments and is a back-up to team members as needed • Providing excellent customer service and research questions and issues in a timely manner • Supporting W-2 process as directed
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years experience administering payroll • Working knowledge of Short & Long-Term Disability pay • Demonstrate accuracy in reconciliations • Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Excellent customer service skills • Well organized, able to multi-task and identify priorities
