📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions • Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to completion • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams • Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams • Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors updates and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with knowledge of SuccessFactors • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and SuccessFactors are a plus
