• Possess a Bachelor's in Business, Finance or related field • 3+ years in sales compensation, accounting or finance, with a focus on sales incentive plan • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills • Experience working with SalesForce.com • Deliver effective verbal and written communications • Possess knowledge of Xactly sales incentive programs and other business tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
