Description
• Support and manage payroll integrations with third-party vendors • Assist in the development and enhancement of SAP ABAP HCM applications • Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) for data exchange • Troubleshoot and debug payroll system issues • Monitor and analyze payroll-related issues in Payroll Control Center (PCC) • Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll processing issues • Recommend and implement process improvements for optimal payroll operations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (non-computer science background acceptable with relevant SAP training) • Training in SAP ABAP HCM, object-oriented programming, and algorithms • Knowledge of US Payroll processes and Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionalities • Familiarity with SAP SCPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) and Web Services for data integration • Strong debugging skills and experience in payroll integration processes • Familiarity with integration protocols with third-party vendors • Excellent communication skills and collaborative work approach
