Description

• Oversee all payroll and benefits processes. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for nationwide, remote team. • Manage tax and compliance obligations. • Coordinate employee benefits programs. • Collaborate closely with People and Finance teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing, benefits administration, and payroll compliance • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, as well as employment laws • Experience with HRIS and payroll software (Rippling is a plus) • Knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA) • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
