• About AnswersNow • Our mission is to empower and enhance the lives of those affected by autism by providing accessible and personalized care through innovative virtual platforms. • AnswersNow is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee and perform essential Accounts Receivable functions within our revenue cycle management team. • Follow up on denied and rejected claims to ensure timely resolution. • Oversee accounts receivable and manage outstanding balances effectively. • Address inquiries regarding billing and insurance with professionalism and clarity. • Contribute to revenue cycle audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and regulations. • Looking to join a mission-driven organization that is poised to shape the future of ABA service delivery. • Highly effective communicator who works to establish trust and team buy-in. • Takes pride in delivering high-quality work. • Proactive problem-solver who takes the initiative to identify and resolve issues and operates with a sense of urgency. • Unafraid to ask questions, has a strong desire to learn and a passion for taking on new challenges. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• Two or more years of AR clean-up and denials management, preferably in the ABA field. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
