📋 Description
• Overall accountability for day-to-day operational performance for aligned client(s) • Manage operations teams to deliver quality administrative services • Provide expert consultation, shape decisions, uncover revenue growth opportunities • Stay informed about market trends, legislative changes, and emerging technologies • Utilize expert knowledge of PRT/DB to interpret complex client requirements • Support new Group Annuity Contracts from insurers • Drive stable and consistent delivery from partners • Collaborate with Renewal Executives and Client Leader on renewals • Communicate regularly with client’s contacts at all levels
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Pension Risk Transfer or Defined Benefit plan administration • 5+ years direct experience in client relationship management and project management • Ability to work with and influence all areas of the client delivery business • Ability to anticipate client needs • Identify and lead team through changes • Effective communication and influencing skills
