Description
• Join AMS Cloud Optimization Practice • Analyze, define, and document complex business requirements • Lead design and review of functionality/configurations • Manage multiple projects/tasks through lifecycle stages • Establish and maintain client relationships • Provide guidance on resolving client needs • Contribute to knowledge management and training initiatives • Monitor project status and communicate with leadership • Manage work of team members
Requirements
• 5+ years implementing/configuring Workday Payroll • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, or other SaaS solutions • Workday deployment/post-production experience required • Previous consulting experience preferred • Strong facilitation/presentation skills • Experience in transforming business requirements into system configurations • Ability to manage multiple projects • Time management and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills
