📋 Description
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for supporting global full-cycle talent acquisition for the Alimentiv Holdings Companies. • The TAS interfaces with a wide variety of stakeholders including: HR, people leaders, candidates, vendors, and partner organizations. • In addition, the TAS contributes to the creation of selection materials, employer branding, onboarding, and special HR projects as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honours Bachelor), and 1-3 years' related experience with initial and on-going training. • OR College Diploma/Degree, and 4-6 years related experience +substantial on-going job -related training. • Other: Specialty in Human Resources; CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards designation. • Knowledge of labour legislation in Canada, US and Europe. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong time management and organization skills. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
