📋 Description

• Lead the build out, adoption and ongoing management of a portfolio management system for the R&D investments of the global Product team • Responsible for strategic planning and goal setting, building and managing a central intake process • Establish health reporting and build a holistic process for producing and managing a strategic product roadmap • Work closely with Technology leadership to drive continuous optimization of our operating model • Mentor and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of product / program / portfolio management experience, preferably in the SaaS or Fintech space • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and software development lifecycles in an Agile environment • Demonstrated experience driving large scale transformations through the application of methodology, structure and accountability • Deep proficiency in change management and achieving excellence in ways of working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build persuasive narratives that drive organizational buy-in during times of change • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams to deliver their best work • Experience owning complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end in a fast-paced business environment • Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and ProductBoard • Proficient in collaboration tools such as Slack and GSuite
