📋 Description
• The Group Director, CX Strategy will be responsible for the overarching strategic direction of their portfolio • Collaborate with teams to create advanced experiences and develop strong external and internal relationships • Focus on creative, data-driven customer engagement across channels • Lead, supervise, and develop a team across books of business
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • Ten or more years of digital/multichannel CX strategy experience • Guide a team in development of large, personalized, omnichannel experiences • Develop thoughtful, innovative solutions founded in research and data • Establish and grow vital internal and client relationships • Basic understanding of marketing cloud platforms • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is highly desirable • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership skills (both team building and the ability to lead cross-functional teams)
