• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Ideal 3 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the financial industry • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, creating and executing business development plans and building client relationships • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software • Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
