Description
• Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada at Allegion • Responsible for developing and growing market share • Mentor a team of sales professionals • Increase overall sales experience for all customers • Drive revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction • Implement and manage new construction/aftermarket strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or Technical field • 7+ years sales experience including leadership background. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action. • Strong customer focus • Industry specific experience preferred. • Must possess a valid driver’s license. • Must be willing and able to travel up to 75%
