Description

β€’ Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with important clients. β€’ Drive long-term value through strategic partnership development. β€’ Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts. β€’ Handle contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. β€’ Provide regular reports on account performance and client feedback.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders. β€’ Ability to handle complex client interactions and resolve conflicts effectively. β€’ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, client feedback, and market trends. β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage projects. β€’ Ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within existing accounts. β€’ Fluent in English; experience in Spanish is a plus.
