Description

• Work on administrative, operational, and organizational-wide projects • Oversee large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives • Manage annual performance review process and improve evaluation instruments • Communicate the vision and ideas to necessary stakeholders • Lead initiatives in organizational management, performance management, and leadership development • Partner with the Executive Director for strategic plan implementation

Requirements

• Significant management experience (5+ years) • Proven ability and a vision for building an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace • Experience improving organizational systems and preparing departments to utilize them with rapidly shifting organizational demands • Proficiency in excel and/or google sheets • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortability with technology and virtual communication systems
