• Technical Support for Telematic software and hardware • Account Registration through the portal • Multi-Media Interface usage guidance, and troubleshooting • The vehicle does not connect to the back end • Remote Services Issues via the App (lock/unlock – climatization – charging schedule etc.) • PIN issue – Reset PIN – locked account – Main and Secondary Users • Infotainment Services – Navigation – Preferred Destinations – Traffic Information • License Information – Expiry – Services included – Renewal Procedure • Map Updates • Charging Stations – Home Charging – Charging Issues

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (level C2) • Working proficiency in English • Excellent communication skills • Proficient computer user (MS Office, Adobe, Data Bases, and CRM) • Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently • Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, and a server and what is their purpose (nice to have) • Understand mobile networks and an internet connection, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity (nice to have) • Ability to use smartphones and internet applications (nice to have) • Usage of MS Office (nice to have)
