• Allocator One is redefining venture capital through innovative support for first-time venture managers globally. • Looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape user experiences for asset management. • Play a critical role in developing solutions for accessible and inclusive venture capital. • Architect and develop user experiences that streamline venture fund setup, compliance, and administration. • Translate complex industry concepts into intuitive and seamless design systems to support product scalability. • Work closely with product managers and engineers to convert broad strategic ideas into user-centered experiences. • Design information flows that allow venture managers to easily navigate regulatory and operational features. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate product vision across design stages. • Integrate continuous user feedback into product improvements, enhancing engagement and usability.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of real-world experience in product design with expertise in UX, UI, and information architecture. • Proficiency in advanced design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Framer. • Strong understanding of interaction design, scalable systems, and modern design systems. • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers. • Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and integrate insights into designs. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering impactful designs. • A portfolio showcasing real-world projects and intuitive, visually appealing user experiences.
