Clients are choosing us because we can deploy everywhere and we have a modern tech stack, not a legacy system. • At CoverGo you will solve complex customer problems and deliver solutions that people will talk about. • Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality designs and user-centered experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product vision, and drive design decisions • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions • Listen, observe and understand the pain points and root causes. Know and empathize with every customer thoroughly. Care to help ease the burden of others • Propose best long-term solutions and deliver value ASAP. • Understand all active flows for every offering, on all interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design thinking process • History of discovery and ideation and aligning the group around a vision and approach • Proven track record of designing completely new experiences and end-to-end features, and working with product teams to ship successful products • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience leading design projects or teams, with the ability to guide and inspire others • Experience in a high growth Agile environment • Experience in Figma is required • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail • Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus • Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable but not mandatory
