Description

• Responsible for supporting supplier diversity program development and execution. • Drive day-to-day program activities and partner with stakeholders. • Interface with senior leaders and manage diverse supplier registration process. • Develop scorecard and KPI metrics to track progress toward goals. • Plan and execute supplier diversity events nationally. • Maintain supplier diversity content on internal and external websites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement and/or supplier diversity program management experience. • Prior supplier diversity program management experience is strongly preferred. • Experience working in a global organization preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of large audiences. • Comfortable working in a high-profile role. • Excellent project management and prioritization skills. • Strong relationship management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
