• 7+ years of proven sales success in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets • Strong network and influential relationships within target industries • Proficiency with modern sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-powered solutions • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and fulfillment processes • Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to articulate complex supply chain solutions, covering physical, digital, and financial aspects • Experience interfacing confidently at all levels in both large and small organizations
• Competitive base salary plus a generous variable commission structure that rewards your success • Salary range potential from $170k to $400k+ depending on experience and goal attainment • No salary cap - by exceeding goals, your total compensation could be significant
