• 5+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in product-led SaaS startup environment • Proven success in scaling user acquisition through a mix of paid, organic, and lifecycle strategies • Built and refined mult-segment B2C and B2B funnels with their associated KPIs (ARPU, CAC, Payback Period) • Experience in collaborative product launches and GTM execution, with the ability to connect growth and feature usage • Strong interest in marketing to technical and finance-savvy audiences, such as algorithmic traders, developers, or API-driven product users • Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset – always seeking ways to improve and drive results with the ability to shift priorities when needed • A proactive team player with excellent communication – ensuring cross-functional alignment to maximize impact
