📋 Description
•As our People Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Alpen Labs, driving recruitment efforts, managing hiring logistics, and executing core people operations. •Beyond recruitment, you’ll also work across HR operations— our team drives initiatives that ensure Alpen Labs continues to be a great place to work as we grow. •If you’re someone who loves building from the ground up, creating processes, and wearing multiple hats, this role is for you. •We’re building a world-class team to shape the future of Bitcoin scalability. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to own and improve hiring processes, drive engagement, and build scalable HR systems.
