Description

•Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and enhance daily operations. •Optimize supply chain performance and manage operational costs. •Develop and implement operational strategies focusing on procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution. •Set performance targets and KPIs for operational activities. •Manage budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities. •Conduct cost-benefit analyses for potential investments. •Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional collaboration. •Prepare regular reports on operational performance. •Build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers. •Negotiate contracts and manage performance. •Implement and maintain quality control processes.

Requirements

•7+ years of success in operations management with a track record of optimizing supply chains and enhancing operational efficiency. •Exceptional at developing and executing operational strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives. •Skilled in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to support operational goals. •Experienced in quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives. •Proficient in budget management and cost-reduction strategies, with a strong ability to track and analyze operational expenses. •Strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and promoting a collaborative work environment. •Skilled in interpreting key performance metrics and using data to optimize processes and improve KPIs.
