Description
• We’re looking for a mission-driven National Sales Leader with a passion for serving the underserved and a proven track record of acquiring new patients and members, preferably in Medicare. • This role will lead the Community Outreach teams across the organization to drive organic growth and clinic activation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on consumers in health care. • 5 years’ experience in Medicare sales preferred. • 5 years’ experience in value-based care sales preferred. • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding goals organically. • Strong track record of helping sales teams meet and exceed targets. • Strong track record of leading winning sales teams. • Exceptional EQ. • Exceptional communication skills. • Ability to translate complex information into plain language. • A self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
