Description

• Euronet Software Solutions is hiring a Head of Global Sales, EUSA. • Lead strategic sales efforts for software solutions aimed at financial institutions and payment service providers. • Manage a team across sales, account management, and operations. • Focus on driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and ensuring effective delivery of payment solutions. • Responsibilities include pursuing new clients, maximizing cross-sell opportunities, and managing personnel to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in sales and sales leadership roles within the payments industry with a software and/or managed services provider. • Demonstrated success in managing remote teams in disparate geographic regions and driving revenue growth in a complex sales environment. • Strong understanding of payment solutions, banking processes, and industry standards. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to lead the pursuit of new client acquisition and maximize cross-sell opportunities. • Strong administrative skills with experience in accurate forecasting and financial reporting. • Proven ability to manage team performance through mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary actions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic market. • Work Environment: • This role currently operates in a professional office setting, with international travel as required to client sites, industry events, and conferences. • Must be available to coordinate with US-based colleagues and leaders on a regular basis. • This position may be handled outside of the home office location for the right individual.
