📋 Description
• Effectively coordinate all aspects of payable processing • Communicate and interact with vendors, clients and personnel • Work with Vendors to provide data needed for payment terms • Process invoices and expense reports in Workday • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval • Monitor expenses based on the company travel & expense policy • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are within company guidelines • Process ACH and other electronic payments • 1099 Maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 2 years of Workday experience required • Ability to process supplier invoices, create/maintain vendor file, create settlement runs • Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience required
