📋 Description

• Manage payment processes and ensure accuracy in processing invoices • Maintain strong vendor relationships and support close processes through reconciliations • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance • Enter invoices into accounting system and ensure timely payments • Properly code invoices and route for approval • Maintain vendor records including tax documentation • Process and reconcile payments via checks and transfers • Supports purchase order process ensuring compliance with vendor contracts • Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies • Review employee expense reports for policy compliance • Manage corporate card program and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting • Prior experience in public accounting is a plus • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Workday, Netsuite, Airbase) and Excel/Google Sheets • Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
