Description
• Responsible for leading daily operations across Altium’s manufacturing facilities • Develop, communicate and deploy effective plant manufacturing strategies • Provide leadership to multiple plant leaders to meet or exceed Profit & Loss goals • Ensure a safe work environment and cultivate a safety culture • Improve production process, quality and on-time delivery • Create a customer focus culture and assure customer satisfaction • Attract, recruit and retain talented candidates • Travel up to 60-80% of time
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is required • Industrial Management or Engineering or Psychology is preferred • 10 + years experience working in plant leadership role • Build/Lead a team • Create a business plan • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems • Lead a geographically dispersed team • Manage a start-up or expansion • Manage a turnaround/“fix-it” • Resolve a difficult conflict • 5-S • Budgeting • Customer Base/Market Segment • Employee Development • Field Operations • Lean Manufacturing • Performance Management • Quality Control
