• HR & People Ops Business Development Specialist / Lead Generator role. • Identify and engage potential clients using your network. • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners. • Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities moving. • Clearly communicate the value of Rosies People services to prospective clients. • Work closely with consultancy team to align sales strategies. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors for effective solutions positioning.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (1+ years) • A strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers • Excellent communication & negotiation skills • A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently • Experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment services (preferred, but not required) • Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
