• Provide leadership for key practice areas • Contribute to the development of AEG’s business objectives, directives, and product development • Use industry expertise and thought leadership in the area of electrification • Support AEG goal achievement by developing new business with existing and new clients • Engage in and lead management activities such as management strategy and business development strategy • Manage/direct a team of analysts, associates, project managers and/or managers • Manage/direct the development of project deliverables including written memos, reports, and presentations • Communicate analytical methods and results to clients and the broader industry • Approve technical decisions related to complex research, planning, and data analysis • Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize productivity

Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, Business or related field • 10 or more years of industry experience • Advanced degree in related field preferred • Active membership in one or more industry groups or associations • Demonstrated ability to manage junior staff members • Demonstrated ability to lead key practice areas • Demonstrated success in business development • Demonstrated industry expertise in areas of transportation and building electrification • Leading skills in analysis, problem-solving and decision making • Leading skills in both verbal and written communication • Leading skills in the development of analysis plans for discrete tasks and/or projects • Leading skills in QA/QC approaches and procedures • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism and a cooperative attitude • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks and priorities • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required • May be required to pass security and drug clearance
