Description

• Are you obsessed with data, partner success, taking action, and changing the game? • Pattern is the premier partner for global ecommerce acceleration. • We are looking for a dynamic Director of Strategy. • Proven experience in bringing on new business is key. • You will report to the President of Advisory. • You’ll work with internal stakeholders closely, understanding their pain points. • A conceptual visionary thinker, you understand ecommerce and Omnichannel strategies. • You’ll also interface directly with the CEO and President of Advisory on mergers and acquisitions. • Actively identifying and engaging with clients securing new business for the consultancy team. • Manage the profitability of large projects. • Defining strategies for online growth for clients. • Helping the President of Advisory define strategies for online growth.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant subject • An established senior leader with experience in a management consultancy, ecommerce or marketing agency managing multiple clients. • Proven track record of bringing on new business for consultancy services • Team management, managing direct reports and cross functional teams • Demonstrable knowledge of ecommerce and brand growth strategy • Strategic mindset and commercial awareness. • Exceptional communication skills • International experience – working on sites and marketplaces across Europe and the Rest of the World (preferred) • Expert in MS Office, particularly Excel for data processing, and PPT for client presentations (preferred) • Experience at a multichannel retailer, ideally across multiple departments (preferred) • Familiarity with Amazon and other marketplaces and how they operate (preferred)
