🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • 8 years of middle market underwriting experience • 3 years managing direct business relations with agency ownership or leadership preferred • Proven ability to identify long-term opportunities and risk • Track record of demonstrating initiative, taking ownership of issues, and motivating teams toward shared goals • Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers • Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence and persuade others • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment • Ability to travel 40%
