🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Clinical Degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, project delivery, or process building/improvement • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams • Experience designing and/or enhancing tech-enabled workflows in healthcare settings • Ability to learn and problem solve quickly, optimizing for effort/speed to impact • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills • High attention to detail, diligence, and process-orientation, with the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proactive with an ownership mentality, and able to make progress in ambiguous situations
