• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campus recruiting, ideally within the veterinary or healthcare sector. • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team. • Experience building relationships with university and campus contacts. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Analytical skills to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment metrics. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to travel approximately 30% to meet recruitment needs. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
