Description

• Achieve results through detailed goal setting and accountability measures. • Independently lead sophisticated studies in oncology, ensuring statistical standards. • Provide sound statistical guidance for clinical development and reimbursement. • Manage and support standards and approaches in study design and statistical analysis. • Lead study statisticians and perform statistical analysis of studies/projects. • Stay abreast of developments in statistics in drug development and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Biostatistics or statistics. • 4 years of Biostatistics experience, or Master’s degree and 6 years of Biostatistics experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Biostatistics experience. • 6 or more years of pharma/biotech statistical experience. • Drug development experience in different stages of life cycle (pre-clinical, clinical and post-marketing). • Prior experience with oncology drug development. • Statistical experience with regulatory and reimbursement submissions. • Proven in leadership and motivating multi-functional teams to advance complex projects to completion. • Strong working knowledge of theoretical and applied statistics and of regulatory guidelines. • Strong verbal and written communication combined with organizational skills. • Experience working effectively in a globally dispersed team environment with cross-cultural partners.
