• Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) leads, builds and nurtures strategic partnerships • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Insights, Analytics, and other teams • Engage with academic thought leaders and cultivate community of brand advocates • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information on KOL sentiments and market trends • Ensure compliant, fair-balanced, and effective message delivery • Develop and maintain understanding of the regional healthcare landscape
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Life Sciences discipline • Advanced degree, MBA, MA preferred but not required • Minimum of 10 years of related Marketing experience in specialty or rare disease marketing • Proven, consistent history of high performance and leadership • Strong professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry • Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment • Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
