📋 Description

• Join Amgen’s mission to serve patients with serious illnesses. • Responsible for supporting Patient Access training function. • Deliver comprehensive training to personnel and identifying training needs. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various projects. • Act as lead facilitator for training using adult learning methodologies. • Identify training needs through stakeholder meetings and forums. • Partner with experts to create engaging learning materials. • Assist in creating instructor-led training programs. • Maintain and improve training content with best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree • Master’s degree and 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry • Associate’s Degree and 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry • High school diploma / GED and 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry • Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel for meetings (over 25%) • Experience in content development and instructional design a plus • Experience with learning management systems preferred • Highly organized with excellent project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Professional, proactive demeanor • Excellent communication skills
