🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience in Background Screening: Prior experience working for a background check, screening, or related company. β€’ Expertise in Consumer Data & Compliance: Strong understanding of FCRA, data privacy laws, identity verification, and risk management in a consumer data-driven environment. β€’ Customer Success / Account Management Experience: 3-5+ years in a CSM, Account Manager, or Customer Relationship role within the background screening or consumer data industry. β€’ Problem-Solving & Client Advocacy: Ability to proactively resolve customer issues, drive adoption, and advocate for client needs internally. β€’ Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Experience working with enterprise clients, legal teams, and compliance officers. β€’ SaaS & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools. β€’ Nice to Have Skills: Experience with API integrations, data analytics, or fraud prevention solutions. β€’ Background in trust & safety, fintech, HR tech, or regulatory tech.
