🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B Client Success roles, owning a book of strategic accounts and being responsible for client health, retention and revenue growth in the ballpark of $1-5 million in ARR. • A proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships, preferably within the financial sector. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of growing and retaining and growing accounts via excellent client service. • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of the success of your accounts. • Knowledge of the financial industry and an understanding of the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!
