Description

•Lead the development of digital and print products for Amplify’s math suite •Accountable for program-level planning across multiple active projects •Identify cross-project dependencies and manage a subset of projects •Guide the project team through all phases of math curriculum development •Create and track cross-project and project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, workflows, and resources •Manage risk/issue management and decision/change management processes •Accountability for production-level schedules and vendor management •Ensure internal and external alignment to meet project goals

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience •8+ years of experience in a project management role managing complex, multi-year projects with annual budgets exceeding $3M •Experience managing 5+ cross-functional teams within a project lasting over 2 years •Proven ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment •Proven written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to present information clearly and enthusiastically •Ability to travel as required •5 years of project management experience in the EdTech or publishing industry (preferred) •2 years of experience as a direct manager (preferred) •PMP certification (preferred)
