Requirements

• Experience in UX research and design, preferably in healthcare or tech industries. • A beginner’s mindset—open to new ideas, focused on growth, and unafraid to challenge assumptions. • Proven expertise in user research methodologies and tools like usability testing, surveys, and journey mapping. • Ability to completely own and run user interviews, often interviewing company leadership, with confidence and poise. • Strong design skills using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a portfolio demonstrating a focus on problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to teach and bring others along with your best thinking. • A commitment to diverse perspectives and creating space for all voices to be heard in the design process.
